ASCarrier currently has 10 production lines at its facility to provide you with the desired product.  Whether it is Lance Metal, Stamp Metal or Wire Carrier.

 

Our production lines are either designed in-house by our team with over 40 years of experience in manufacturing clamping profiles or high-technology systems like our Swiss stamping machines from Bruderer.

 

The production processes are constantly tracked by advanced laser monitoring systems in addition to a comprehensive and transparent documentation of every step of the production.

 

Our production team gets regular on-site training to maintain our high quality standards.

The clamping profiles are coiled either on metal or wooden spools depending on our customer's needs. All our packaging is done in accordance with the ISO 14001:2015 environmental guidelines.
